Diversity Training Requirements

Diversity Continuing Education

Ministers are expected to complete at least 2 hours of continuing education in “diversity” during each three year education cycle, which can be included toward the calculation of the total 40 hours.

Diversity could include: culture, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, etc.

Self-Reporting

Authorized Ministers and other clergy are now required to self-report their diversity training and other continuing education hours on the Lifelong Learning page of the Keystone Conference web site.
