CROP Walk
Sunday, October 13
The Annual Reading/Berks CROP Walk to fight hunger will take place on 10/13, at 1:15 pm, at Gring's Mill Recreation Area. Bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Helping Harvest food bank. You will also have the opportunity to write a letter advocating for Congressional anti-hunger measures. Sign up to donate, to join a team, or to walk on your own.

Association Fall Meeting
Sunday, October 27
The fall meeting of the Covenant Association will take place Sunday, October 27, at Zion Blue Mountain UCC in Strausstown. The event begins at 3:00 pm, with check-in starting at 2:00. Among the topics of conversation will be a discussion of the UCC's new Manual on the Local Church, facilitated by Rev. Bill Worley, Conference Minister of PSEC.

A Program of Spirituals

Come to St. Paul's UCC, Amityville, 1979 Weavertown Road, Douglassville, on November 10 at 2 pm, for a concert and lecture on African American spirituals featuring Steven Simpson and Anakai Smith-Ney. The New Beginnings Mission House is ready to receive new guests. If you know of a family who is unhoused, please reach out to St Paul's UCC in Fleetwood for an application. Diaper Bank
First UCC, Hamburg, operates a COMMUNITY DIAPER BANK, assisting families in need of diapers—free of charge. Distribution takes place the 4th Sunday of each month, 4:00–5:00 pm, at 3rd & Pine, Hamburg, PA.
